What makes PCF special?
There are dozens of platforms that have been used to serve a similar purpose, and many have challenges because they were not designed for associations committees and boards – many tools were made for the general public or corporate settings. Philstack’s Committee Forums was created specifically for the unique needs of associations.
Integrated with your AMS and embedded in your WordPress website. Your WordPress website already makes your brand shine, and now it can also be your online community. Or the PCF can be its own standalone community website, a dedicated space just for your most valuable contributors.
Embracing a minimalist style interface reduces confusion, distraction, and frustration. Posting new topics, adding replies and comments, and attaching documents is simple and intuitive. Private document download links are easy to access but intentionally impossible to share.
Make it easy for your board executives and other committee members to shine with a simple, reliable, easy-to-use online community to securely collaborate and share documents online.
How PCF came about
Our client had a problem: board members and other committee participants were disenchanted with the online collaboration options available. The tools were too hard to use and had extra features that weren’t useful for them.
They wanted to bring it into their WordPress site to create a seamless experience for their members. After extensive research and testing some of the top options available on the WordPress plugin market, we determined there wasn’t a great option, and decided to build our own.
